AI systems / AI voice notifications for logistics
Samleng
I designed and built a native-language calling platform that tells customers their parcel has arrived. The client paused before contract, so it never ran in production.
181 of 181 tests, then a pause

The brief
Branch staff phoned customers one at a time to tell them a parcel had arrived. An internal attempt to automate it had stalled, and the client wanted a working option.
Approach
I scoped a system that reacts to each parcel. A parcel is scanned at a branch, the platform hears about it, and a voice call goes out in the customer's language.
Showing a real local number on the customer's phone turned out to be a telecom job first. I ran a live tender across call platforms and local carriers. I set it up so no single vendor controls the whole system.
181 of 181 automated tests passed. I ran it at 20,000 calls at once: no errors, and 99 in 100 responses took 76 ms or less.

Outcome
The platform reached a contract-ready state in about 7 weeks. The client paused before signing, so it never carried production traffic and no saving was banked.
Deliverables
- Native-language outbound calling platform
- Reusable load-test suite
- Cloud architecture with decision records
- A rollout plan in phases, with a go or no-go check at each step
