Approach

I mapped how each of the 6 units gave its sign-off, then rebuilt the process as 1 flow in Power Automate.

Each sign-off landed in one place, so the compliance team could see who had signed and who had not.

The rebuild sat alongside the rest of my compliance work, including business continuity plans and Audit and Risk Committee reporting.

Outcome

The new process covered 6 units. In the same role I closed 15 governance gaps, and the audit rating rose to "Moderately Effective".
