Who I am

This website (motta.work) is operated by Motta Thong, an independent AI consultant based in Melbourne, Australia. For any privacy-related questions, reach me via LinkedIn.

What I collect

This site is designed to collect as little data as possible. Here is what is stored and why:

• Theme preference— Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. This never leaves your device.
• Consent choice— When you respond to the cookie banner, your choice ("accepted" or "declined") is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner is not shown again. This never leaves your device.
• Preloader flag— A small flag is kept in your browser's session storage to remember that the intro animation has already played, so it is skipped as you navigate. It is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.
• Analytics — Only after you click Accept on the cookie banner, I load privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, anonymous interaction events). It is cookieless and collects no personal data, and no cross-site tracking occurs.
• Paid diagnosis booking — If you choose to start the AI diagnosis, this site sends you to Ongkrong Consulting to review the scope, pay through Stripe, and select a session time. This site does not collect those payment or scheduling details. See the Third-party services section below.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set HTTP cookies of its own. Browser storage is used only for your theme preference, your cookie-consent choice, and a session flag for the intro preloader. Third-party services embedded on or linked from the site (the Ongkrong diagnosis checkout and scheduling provider) may set their own cookies — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party services

The site may use the following services:

• Vercel — Hosting and deployment. Vercel processes server logs (IP address, user agent) for operational purposes under their privacy policy.
• Vercel Analytics — Privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics. It is loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner, sets no cookies, and uses no persistent device identifiers.
• Ongkrong Consulting — Hosts the paid AI diagnosis checkout and delivery flow at ongkrong.com. When you proceed, you leave motta.work and Ongkrong Consulting handles the engagement details under its own website policies.
• Stripe and scheduling providers — Payment is processed by Stripe on the Ongkrong checkout flow. Scheduling details are collected only after payment is confirmed on Ongkrong.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Since this site collects minimal data, the most practical action is clearing your browser's local storage. For diagnosis payment or scheduling data, use the contact details on Ongkrong Consulting's privacy policy.

I may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
